Place was as expected and shown in the pictures and stay was lovely

Good enough. We were a group of 7, and we enjoyed our 1 night stay in general. The place was clean and the living space is spacious enough for 7 or even 8 people.
On the downside, I was very upset by the lack of communication from the host. Right after check in, we realize that the oven wasn't working, and was searching the entire caravan for sofa bedding, which wasn't in the designated spot mentioned in the property guide. I tried contacting the host, but there was no response, only an automated response giving checkout instructions for the next day..

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The heating was broken in two of the bedrooms, making them freezing cold at night. We were completely unable to reach the host for help—the phone number provided was incorrect and all messages were automated.

We had a wonderful weekend at Penny's place. It was very comfortable, spacious and lovely and quiet there.
We had long beach walks at sunset and sunrise, it is very near the entrance to the holidy park and the beach is just across the road.
We had everything we needed to cater for ourselves, inluding a welcome pack.
The utility entrance and walk in wardrobe plus on suite bathroom made our stay extra special.
We are looking forward to staying here again with family.
