Nice location (close to little Venice), flexible check-in, we enjoyed the stay at Peter's.

1. We were deceived, we were told the flat was in Notting Hill and also told it had a TV both of which were false, It was in Harrow road and it had a computer monitor with a chrome cast (which is NOT a tv as a tv has a port on it for a coaxial cable that enables it to access regular cable tv channels).
Our confirmation actually said TV and Notting Hill we were deceived by false advertising.
2.The duvet cover had stains on it that the cleaner tried to hide by turning it upside down.
The bin in the kitchen was full of rubbish that had not been emptied. The cleaner left a bag full of dirty linen and towels in the bedroom cupboard which left a bad smell, they did not pick it up until the 4th day of our stay. The fridge had food stuff left over from previous occupants.
3.We were only given one set of keys and the intercom from the street did not work, the airb&b agent refused to give us a second set. This meant that our adult children had to follow us around most of the time as they could not access the flat if they came back early or vice - versa.
4.The flat was located in the roof area of the building, meaning it took 61 steps to get to the front door and as it was summer and there was no air conditioning the flat was excessively hot with few fully openable windows available to ventilate, meaning we had a very uncomfortable sleep.
5.There were 3 damage marks on the wall in the main bedroom, I asked to see a condition report to make sure they had been noted, the Air B&B agent implied no such thing existed or if it did was not willing to show me, I did not want to be accused of causing this damage but in this case you are at their mercy.
All in all if we had known that there was no TV and that the apartment was not located in Notting Hill we would not have taken this flat but we were deceived and did take it for a week and unfortunately as a result of this had to also deal with its many other short comings.

Nice very modern flat, really clean. Located right next to a bus stop that has buses heading straight to central london.

Good place to stay, handy to a bus stop. Pretty clean apart from the carpets which could have done with a vacuum. Nice clean linen, beds were quite comfy.

The second smaller bedroom is adjacent to a cupboard with some kind of air filtering unit that hums slightly and you can hear it through the wall - we didnt have any issues with it because we were tired from all the sightseeing.

The shower mixer/lever came off the wall during my shower and hit me (its a reasonably solid unit), we notified Peter and he responded straight way to check if anyone was hurt, but fortunately just a minor bruise!

Minor suggestions for improvements - some coffee and tea and maybe some instructions on how to operate the heating would have been great.

Other than the carpet and the shower lever coming off the apartment we thought it was a decent apartment.
