This is a great option within walking distance of public transport, a grocery store, restaurants. Peaceful. Some residents come in late. But, hey, you are in Vegas. Nice public sit out. Adequate amenities. Host is proactive and always reachable. Had a brilliant stay.

Bill was great and the place was perfect! We would love to stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and met all the needs for two people. The location was convenient—close to everything we needed, yet still quiet enough to relax. Having hot and cold water on demand was great, and we appreciated the extra sense of security from the gated compound. Check-in and communication were smooth, and the overall setup made for an easy and enjoyable weekend. A few small extra touches could make it perfect, but we’d definitely consider staying again!

This is our 4th time staying at this location while in town. Bill is an amazing host and you can’t beat the price for this location. Definitely feel right at home when staying here
