Nice stay over all. The place needs a deep clean and new sheets and towels. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay in a great location.

Pelican Management was great to communicate with and help immediately with issues brought to their attention.

As stated, there is NO AC, which I realize is standard for this area due to the lovely climate but during the day the sun beats in to the front windows constantly, heating the entire house up, making it very stuffy. Thankfully, there are a lot of fans which is very helpful.

Very quiet peaceful street except for the neighbor’s HUGE DOG with an EXTREMELY LOUD bark at everything that moves or passes by.

The view is quite lovely until large trucks and cars fill up the parking spots in front of the house and then all you can see is cars instead of lagoon and ocean.

CLEANLINESS and MAINTENANCE seemed to be overlooked here.

It was a great place for a couple's get away. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were great. There were plenty of linens, towels and beach towels. The kitchen, outdoor patio space and living area were comfortable and made cooking and relaxing easy. The views are lovely, and access to the beach is an easy walk on a dirt trail. We specifically chose the area that is not on the beach and loved the quiet street. The management was responsive and helpful with the two minor issues we had, and offered some solutions. The house does not have AC, which is common for beach houses and there were plenty of fans, but if you arrive during a heat wave, it might take a bit of opening up the windows and turning on fans to cool it down (maybe it's because there are lovely windows in the front - view and also sunlight!). We had a blast and would return to this property again.
