Lack of communication. Canceled a few hours before checkin after I had to contact Airbnb about no response from host when we arrived after our flight. Had to find other Hotel accommodations last minute. All during the Holidays. Extremely disappointing.

I greatly appreciate the quick response I received whenever I had a question. The unit was super cute and clean.

Good Place really liked it extremely close to NRG and food
