Very beautiful home & location was very good by several restaurants and only about 5 minutes away from local stores

It was a very hot night, we turned down the ac to 67 to try and get some airflow in the bedrooms which they never cooled off. The lights in the bedroom also did not work and the ceiling fans didn’t have a string to pull to turn on. The lights also did not work on the back porch. Upon arrival I noticed I kept getting mosquito bites from being in the house and then everyone else also was getting ate up. I texted the house around 10pm while sitting on the back porch asking about the lights on the back porch. She never responded. We also got in the hot tub and there was at least 2 spiders in there. Overall it was quiet and peaceful. I just don’t think the price payed was equaled out to our experience.

This was our second time to stay at Genyce’s place and we absolutely loved it just as much as the first time! The bed is the COMFIEST bed you will ever sleep on!

The only thing that I will note is that this house is a duplex and if there are people renting the upstairs, then you can hear just about every movement. However, the room does come with a sound machine and a fan which is helpful!

We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance!

I was happy that Genyce agreed to host myself and my daughter for an overnight stay. The loft is beautifully decorated and really clean! The beds were so comfortable. This morning we were greeted by a gorgeous golden retriever on our way out! Genyce responded quickly to all my messages. We had a pleasant experience and would totally stay here again!
