Francesca is a very welcoming and kind host and her home is beautiful. This was a wonderful and authentic experience to do in the Tuscan countryside

Francesca welcomed us into her home with open arms and an experiential look into Italian culture and, importantly, Italian cooking. Paired with a great group of other guests, we made pork ragù and tiramisu that were as delicious as they were beautiful. Grazie mille, Francesca, for this wonderful experience and the opportunity to learn more about my own culture, personally, while also picking up new cooking techniques and making new friends. A must book if in the Tuscany region!!!! Francesca’s cooking class was amazing. We felt so at home walking through her door. She is so kind and welcoming. She had appetizers waiting for us. All the tools and utensils ready to go and was a great teacher. We had so much fun with her! And with our friends we met in class. It was a group of 8 of us. I occasionally eat meat and she helped me prepare Cacio e Pepe as an alternative dish! Delicious 😍 you can feel Francesca’s passion and love for cooking and teaching others. We hope to do another class on day!!!!! Thank you Francesca, for a memory my family and I will always hold close to our hearts!
