The carriage house was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I on our tour of the Connecticut coast. It was easy to find, and access was easy. You can see the water and the lighthouse from the apartment, and it is a quick walk to the beach area. The apartment was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Best of all, Dawn provided everything we needed to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.

Had an amazing weekend, and the place was so cozy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dawn’s carriage house. It’s a beautiful location and the house was very well appointed. We loved the view and her higher quality linens.

Great beach cottage and host! Was not disappointed…everything as described and more! Home was very well equipped, including a very usable kitchen. We enjoyed sitting in the various outside spaces, including having a lovely family dinner on the back patio one evening. Neighborhood felt safe and great for a morning walk / run which we did every day…even got to know a few neighbors who were all very friendly! Everything was excellent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We were visiting one of our kids at college - this was a perfect place. Dawn was a great host!
