If you make plans to stay with Shannon, I am sure the experience itself is great. However, I had an emergency situation where I needed a place to stay that night and while I thought it would be a great value, I didn’t notice some of the finer rules about her place.
In a sense I was wrong, however I canceled my reservation 15 minutes after I booked it. I tried to explain my situation, as any reasonable person would probably understand my issue, but Shannon did not refund me for any of the money that I paid for on the reservation. To be concise, she has been very uncooperative and narrow about this issue.
By all means, if you know for certain that you were going to stay at Shannons place and are fully aware of her terms and conditions, I have no negative comments to make. But as far as communication and professionalism goes, this is not somebody that I would ever want to do business with again.
