I am the chef's concierge for their events. I began cooking at 8 years old with a love of food driving me to experiment with my Hispanic and German heritage. I gained a BBA in Marketing and turned to the business world for much of my career. My strong customer service background and passion for great events that involve chefs, customers, and amazing food allows me to indulge in my love of cooking and enjoying what FFK chefs bring to the table.

I can’t say enough about Chef Kat. She was able to make it last minute for our anniversary for a quick surprise dinner for us at our Airbnb and it was absolutely amazing. Especially considering she only had about 12 hours to make it happen. A three course meal that tasted like it came from a five star restaurant. I would absolutely do this again.

We reached out to Kim to plan a chef dinner for my son's 35th birthday. Brittiney was not available on our date, however, Kim suggested another chef for our evening. We booked with Chef Nicole. She was amazing! She took time to plan a menu that my son would love. The meal was planned with care and superb fresh ingredients. The dinner and the whole evening was magnificent. Start to finish, Chef Nicole handled everything beautifully. The night was the highlight of our trip and would highly recommend to anyone!
