Overall, I had a good stay.

Pros: I loved the location of this place. Walkable and near the beautiful part of downtown with coffee shops, grocery stores, gyms, and more within a 5-minute drive. Very centrally located and you can get to most attractions within a 20-minute drive.
Pictures were accurately described. Washer and dryer worked great! Brett had excellent and proactive communication and when we did have a question.

Cons: there were quite a few bugs in the apt and the space lacked natural light. The area directly outside of the apartment where other tenants live wasn’t the most appealing as there was some trash/junk.

I am not a light sleeper but the AC was super loud at night and doesn’t evenly disperse between the living and bedroom (the bedroom gets much colder than the living room when air is turned on).

Despite these minor thing, it was an overall good stay and great location with wonderful support from the host!

Brett's place was great! He was flexible with checkin, and it's super easy to find and get in. It was great to have a parking space, and the neighborhood is very walkable to downtown and some super cute restaurants/coffee shops nearby. The bed and couch were comfy, and it was also nice to have a work area. The only downside is the construction going on right next door. Fortunately Zoom has great noise cancelation if you need to get on meetings, but the construction is loud and disruptive. They started around 7 AM most days and wrapped around dinner. When they're not going, it's great! But it's pretty impossible to ignore when they're working. I will say that even with the construction, we had a great stay. But something to keep in mind depending on how sensitive to noise you are. Overall, I'd still recommend staying here!

Beautiful and clean airbnb that was the perfect walking distance to and from ACL

Stayed here for a few nights during ACL and it was the absolute best place! Couldn’t have asked for a better location to downtown. I would definitely stay here again, especially if downtown is the area I’ll be at most of the time. Neighborhood was beautiful and safe, I have no complaints!
