The apartment is fantastic – spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for your stay. It’s perfectly located on a quiet residential street, just steps away from grocery stores, great restaurants, and with easy access to all the must-see spots in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum are also just around the corner.

Nick and Maggie are wonderful hosts – very responsive and genuinely friendly. We loved the apartment so much that we’ve already booked it again!

Nick's apartment is spacious, clean, and looks just like the photographs. Space like that is truly a luxury in NYC! It's close to many conveniences - a huge grocery store and many fun bars and restaurants. It's a solid 15-minute walk to the trains. Nick is a very clear and prompt communicator. My only con to the apartment is that it's in the flight path of an airport (assuming JFK), and the plane noise is evident from about 7:00 a.m. until the early evening. It is quiet at night during sleeping hours.

Wonderful house with musical vibrations.

Staying at this beautiful house is like a trip to the 60s - nearly all the decor and furniture is from that time. The large yard is well maintained, and the hot tub is a nice addition.
