Kuća nudi dvije udobne spavaće sobe sa kupaonom,dnevni boravak, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i prekrasan vanjski prostor sa roštiljem na plin i sa grijanim, masažnim bazenom. Kuća je udaljena 2 km od svih sadržaja.Nalazi se u središnjoj Istri, što je čini izvrsnim polazištem za istraživanje cijelog poluotoka. Natkriveni parking za 2 auta.

Each space is thoughtfully designed with fully-equipped kitchens, comfortable living rooms, and plush bedrooms, all featuring panoramic windows that unveil stunning views of the valley, vineyards, and olive groves.

Villa Mariza by Istrialux

Villa Mariza is located in Sutivanac, in the heart of Istria. Designed for a comfortable stay of up to 6 guests, it offers everything needed for a relaxing holiday. There are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, an additional toilet, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The interior is functional, focusing on comfort and simplicity. The fenced yard includes a saltwater pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas.

NOTE: only Saturday to Saturday reservations accepted. Traditional Istrian house located in the heart of Istria in the small village of Mrkoči, surrounded with untouched nature. The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.

Ispred kuće nalazi se veliki bazen dužine 14,50 metara i površine 65 m2. Kuća ima okućnicu od 5500 m2. Prva plaža nalazi se na udaljenosti od 10 km, dok se turističko središte Rabac s prekrasnim plažama nalazi na udaljenosti od 20 km.

Smještena je u mirnom selu Ružići u blizini Labina i mjesto je u kojem ćete se moći u potpunosti opustiti, uživati u miru, prirodi i odmoru kakvog zaslužujete. Udaljena je 15 minuta vožnje od Labina i 20 minuta vožnje od Rapca koji je poznat po kristlnom moru i prekrasnim plažama.
