There is private parking in front of the building. 55m2 space with two bedrooms, three beds, bathroom, kitchen and living room + 20m2 of terrace. Apartment is equipped with 50'' TV, Breville coffee machine, and a gas grill on the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine & dryer, hair dryer, shampoo, towels... You are more then welcome to use everything you can find in the apartment.

This apartment is both fully equipped and modern. It's right next to the large shopping centre (market, cinema, gym, bakery, Mcdonald's). From it, there is a 15-minute walk to the centre of the city and a 10-minute walk to the stadium. It also comes with 2 parking spots in a private garage.
