Two bedroom apartment, first floor, 100 m2. Two bedroom 100 m2 upstairs apartment situated above the Sant Daniel benedictine monastery. It consists of one double bedroom, a round tower with countryside views, one en suite bedroom which sleeps three with views of Girona Cathedral and the Sant Daniel Valley. Bathroom with bath and shower, fully equipped kitchen, large dining room area with a double sofa-bed, full central heating, air conditioning and wood burner. Curtains separate the tower bedroom and the living room area.

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

La propiedad está formada por dos viviendas independientes dentro de la misma parcela: la casa principal, donde vivimos mi nieta y yo, y La Casita del Patio, destinada exclusivamente a huéspedes. Dispone de un amplio vestidor, un espacio diáfano totalmente equipado y dos terrazas de uso exclusivo. La piscina, la barbacoa, el solárium y el patio son compartidos con mi nieta y conmigo. En verano puede coincidir también parte de mi familia, siempre respetando la privacidad de los huéspedes.
