Nur 200m vom Meer entfernt und doch geschützt vor dem Wind, befindet sich Casita Kalisat, das kleine „Glückshäuschen“. Umgeben von atemberaubender Vulkanlandschaft, dem klaren Sternenhimmel bei Nacht, der Kraft der Gezeiten, findet man Ruhe und Naturverbundenheit in schöner Wohnatmosphäre. Im ganzen Dorf darf man unbekleidet sein, FKK ist hier gern gesehen, aber kein Zwang. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in Charco und mehrere gute inseltypische Restaurants in Mala und Arrieta, wo sich auch ein langer, flacher Sandstrand, geeignet für Kinder und Surfer befindet. Eine geschützte Badestelle(200m) aus natürlichem Lavagestein, ermöglicht ganzjährig das Baden bei Hochwasser, ein Felsen(500m) mit Trittleiter ist für Schwimmer und Taucher der perfekte Zugang zum Meer. Mehrere Wanderpfade nehmen hinter dem Haus ihren Anfang. Der schönste führt direkt zum Ausflugspunkt „Jardin de Cactus“, des bekannten Inselkünstlers César Manrique.

Maisonnette toute mimi, pile face à la mer! Toute calme, nichée dans un hameau paisible. Au 1er, la chambre et la terrasse ont de très jolies vues sur la mer, les volcans et les salines! En bas, il y a un lit solo et un divan-lit pour 2 (voir photos!). Plusieurs coins où se poser pour le petit déjeuner, l'apéro, grignoter, papoter ou bouquiner! Et plein d'infos sur l'île! Costa Teguise is a very pleasant town to live in, quiet, sunny and perfect for enjoying your holidays. I recently renovated my apartment in a beach and wood style. I put all my heart into it and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. You can see a bit of the sea from the terrace. The beach is 500m away. There are two Pools for swimming and sunbathing. Equipped with internet fibre. Living close to the sea I am very concerned about our environment; I have reduced the use of plastic.

It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Complètement indépendant, il accueille confortablement 2 adultes et un enfant ou ado à moins de 200m de la plage de Famara. Nous pouvons installer un 4ème lit pour un jeune enfant sur demande. Idéal couples, familles et surfers !

Als Gartenhaus, eingebettet zwischen Palmen und Feigenbäumen, ist das „Kleine Paradies“, ein echtes Hideaway für Verliebte (Adults only). Durch die großen Panaromafenster ist man hier vollständig von der Natur umgeben und doch für sich allein. Sogar vom Bad aus kann man in einen separaten Garten treten und durch die Oberlichter leuchten nachts die Sterne.
