My boxing class makes it easier than ever to step into the ring for the first time. Strap on some gloves at my gym, Fightland Azca, and discover power you might not know you had. • I’ll welcome you to the gym, discuss the history of boxing in Spain, share the story of Fightland, and show you how to wrap your hands like a pro. • After a jump-rope warmup, I’ll demonstrate boxing fundamentals such as the guard stance, foot movements, and main punches using pads. • Once you’ve got the basics down, we’ll pair off for several exercises. Finally, you’ll get time with your own heavy bag so you can put your new knowledge and skills to work. When the final bell rings, we’ll have time to talk about your experience and take pictures around the gym. Don’t be surprised if you walk away feeling like a champ. I’ll explain “La Verdadera Destreza”—a classic approach to swordsmanship emphasizing strategy and skill. • I’ll introduce the gear you’ll be using, and you’ll learn basic movements and techniques as well as the core concepts of attack and defense. • After warming up, you’ll practice various combat scenarios. • We’ll close with a traditional fencing salute and farewell, marking the end of your authentic introduction to this ancient art form. By the time you leave, you’ll have a firm grasp of fencing basics—and inspiration to explore the sport when you return home.

What better way to learn and play the sport of padel, a racket sport related to squash and tennis, than with a former top professional player? I’ll teach you the basics in a fun session at my padel academy. No previous experience or equipment required. • We will start the class by warming up. I’ll introduce basic strokes, adapting my teaching to fit your level. Then we’ll play! • During our time together, I’ll share the story of my padel career, and give you insights on the sport and its relevance in Spain. You’ll leave with an understanding of the fundamentals of this wonderful sport—and possibly a new passion.

The feeling wil be truly like you just land with your space ship on another planet but you can breathe walking around! After meeting at the parking spot, we start walking thru the lava and ash of the surrounding volcanoes! Our destination is the top of one big volcano where we wil watch the sunset at 2200 meters altitude.On the way i will explain you everything about the ecosistem around us, because is just like on Mars the ground and the views!!Once the sun is gona say goodbye, the universe is making his way to us, opening in the dark the view of the stars and constelations.We wil gonna start walking under the pitch black sky and milions of stars and learn toghether how to spot the constelations, planets, milky way and shooting stars! We do pictures with you and the sky and i show you to use the mobile phones for stargazing photography. If you don't have car, is all good. One friend can drive you round trip for an verry reasonable price.Also if you come by taxi till Chio i can give you a lift till Teide and return to Chio after the experience and then you can take taxi to go home.

Sunrise kayak experience

26 and 27 march is good weather From 28 till 5 april is windy. The group is super small max 6 guests. Till 10 am is not any touristic activity in the sea so basicaly is nowbody there and you can enjoy the experience in totaly silece. Come on guys, let's meet the wild dolphins and green turtles! Jump onboard, your lifetime adventure is right there! We start our little adventure from the sandy beach of Los Cristianos village and we head to the volcano emerge from the ocean call it Guasa! All the way there is like about one mile, enought space and time to get the best technick about open sea rowing! The views are once in a lifetime paddling down of the volcano cliffs with blue cristal ocean water around us! The big Teide volcano( almost 4000 m) from the center of Tenerife is gonna be our horizont view!! Just siting in the kayak with your feet in the ocean, down of one volcano with this view is making your day! Before we visit the Pal Mar cave we do one little stop in open sea where is the dolphins route and the green turtles ( we are in the natural rezervation for dolphins and whales) and if we are soo lucky we can spot the amazing flippers!.Snorkeling during the experience is also posible, you just need to be confident swimmer.For families with kids under 12 years old i do only private tours.

Descubre las ballenas y los delfines

El Roulette es un velero de 12 metros con capacidad para 10 pasajeros y 2 tripulantes, partimos desde Puerto Colón (Costa Adeje), ubicado en el centro de la zona Zec (zona para la especial conservación de los cetáceos), saldremos al mar abierto, normalmente a unas tres millas de la costa ya es suficiente para ver una gran cantidad de vida marina (hasta 29 especies de cetáceos, 4 tipos de tortugas marinas y 11 tipos de aves marinas), todo ello rodeado por un increíble paisaje de fondo de la isla de Tenerife, la cual tiene el tercer volcán más alto del mundo desde su base, El Teide, con unos 3.718m. Colaboramos recogiendo residuos para conservar el medio marino. Como colofon fondearemos en una espectacular bahía, La Caleta de Adeje, catalogada como sitio de interes cientifico, debido a la diversidad de lavas, así como de especies endemicas vegetales y diferentes aves marinas. Allí distribuiremos equipos de snorkel y nos bañaremos en sus aguas cristalinas, comeremos y regresaremos al puerto observando la costa y las montañas de Adeje. Incluye: Servicio de recogida de hotel/apto. a 20Kms de Puerto Colon(excepto sabado y domingo), bebida, comida y equipo de snorkel.

Vivrai una fantastica avventura di 3 ore in sella di una comoda e-bike . Ti porteremo a visitare un piccolo villaggio in collina : Ayagaures. Per arrivarci attraverseremo una meravigliosa vallata adornata da palme, piante , cactus e fiori tipici delle Canarie in un incredibile itinerario immerso nella natura. Una volta raggiunta la cima della montagna di Aygaures, avrai la possibilità di fermarti per una pausa di 10 minuti dove degusterai un soft drink fatto di frutta tropicale in un Bar costruito all'interno di un'antica grotta aborigena dove vivevano i Guanchi, i primi abitanti dell'isola prima della conquista spagnola. Se vorrai, potrai assaggiare i prodotti tipici delle Canarie (Tapas) con un supplemento di 15 € per persona minimo 2 persone (Le tapas non sono disponibili nei mesi di Luglio e Agosto). Grazie all'ausilio della bici elettrica proseguiremo verso la diga di Ayagaures, un ampio giacimento di acqua e ci fermeremo sul vecchio ponte dove godrai una vista mozzafiato. Il ritorno e' tutto in discesa e quindi ancorora piu emozionante. E' assolutamente richiesta una buona esperienza nel guidare una e-Bike. Tour non off-road.

Aerial Yoga - Anti-Gravity Yoga Class

I will meet you at our yoga studio in Maspalomas. After a brief discussion of your health history, goals and personal background we will head to the outdoor terrace and jump right into the action. We will spend 90 minutes practising yoga supported by a fabric called "hammock". The hammock allows us to work against gravity, get deeper into the stretches and practice inversions that are unique to Aerial Yoga. Being upside-down in the hammock helps lengthening the ligaments, relaxing the muscles and decompressing the spine. We will close the class with a guided meditation and relaxation. Surrounded by the hammock, you will be able to escape the outside world for a while and let go even more. After the class we will have some extra to answer any questions you might have.

Running tour in Madrid

I think there is no better way to explore a city then by foot and running makes you cover more than just walking. Not only is it a good way of seeing a lot of the sights as it’s also environmentally friendly and good for your health. On our running tour we will cover most parts of the city centre and it will give you a great insight in how the city is laid out and how the different neighbourhoods are connected. This is perfect if you want to continue exploring the city on your own afterwards. During the run we will cover a lot of various topics such as history, art, restaurants, bars etc. Because we’re a small group (maximum 8 people) then it’s easy to ask questions and the guide will do their best to help where possible with recommendations and tips to ensure you’re having a great time while visiting Madrid. Madrid is a busy city, and this will be reflected in the speed we run at and we will keep the same speed as the slowest runner in the group. We could do some fun exercises if you would like to practice any particular shot or we could play a set, two sets….Then, we will stretch and have a recovery drink at the venue while we comment some tennis aspects of the game or about Madrid, whatever you prefer We will play in one of the most amazing tennis courts in Madrid with great views and a fantastic atmosphere.
