The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

The light open plan living area has views over the garden and is fully equipped for all year round use. It comes with a private heated pool , large terrace, extensive grounds over 2 acres (partly wooded) for guests to use and gated entrance . All bedrooms have en suite facilities, and there are two spacious living rooms and well equipped kitchen.
