Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, fritezom na vrući zrak, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu na kojoj se nalazi kamin na drva. Besplatno parkirno mjesto je na javnoj površini ispred kuće. Dobrodošli!

Villa se sastoji od otvorenog dnevnog boravka, kuhinje i blagovaonice koji imaju izlaz na terasu i bazen. Dnevni boravak ima prekrasan pogled na Učku i more. Takodjer ima dvije spavaće sobe i dvije kopaonice.
