Velkommen til "Bellevue" - vores smukke sommerhus på et af de højeste steder i Kulhuse. Her har I udsigt til trækronerne i Nordskoven og et fantastisk lys fra morgen til aften. På Bellevue kan I virkelig få slappet af, lade op og nyde naturen på allertætteste hold. Få minutter fra skov, strand og tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi har indrettet vores hus som et voksenhus til fire. Børn over 15 år er velkommen. Huset er bygget i 2022/2023 og vi passer godt på det. Der er ladeboks til elbil og hybridbil

Sommerhus 300 meter fra stranden ved Isefjord

Kom og få fred i sjælen i det fineste lille sommerhus på skøn naturgrund. I er omgivet af høje, smukke træer - men her er også masser af sol. Her er en fortryllende fred - man hører kun fuglekoret (og en nabo ind imellem). Der er 300 meter til en fin lille badestrand ved Isefjorden. Vandet er lavt langt ud og meget børnevenligt. En lille skov er også inden for gåafstand. Små, fredsommelige hunde er velkomne. Grunden er indhegnet med 60 cm hegn ud mod buskads og 80 cm hvor der er mere åbent.

Shopping facilities less than 3 km away. Great restaurants, shops & cinema 15 min. drive in Frederiksund. Visit ecological Svanholm farm nearby with pet animals & fresh cows milk. Here you can pick flower bouquets and hang out in cafe. Se amazing star lit sky from terrasse and spa. Friendly neighbors all round.

Holiday lodge 1

Converted stable, many handmade details restored 2010-15 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 5 beds + sofa bed. Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. Just let us know when you make your reservation!

Nyrenoveret sommerhus på 131 m2, på lille lukket grusvej i roligt sommerhus område. Stor næsten helt aflukket, ugenert grund med sol hele dagen. Mulighed for boldspil, kroket m.m. Huset har en vidunderlig stor stue med masser af lysindfald og udgang til solgården. Stuen ligger i direkte forbindelse med spiseplads og køkken. Her er plads til alle uanset om vil lægge et puslespil eller læse, lege eller se tv. De to af værelserne ligger ud til egen fordelingsgang med skydedøre til solgården.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Welcome to our newly renovated cottage located near Roskilde Fjord. You'll be surrounded by peaceful nature with view to our little lake and only 3 min walk to the fjord, which offers stunning sunsets. There is also possibility of charging your electric car if needed and the supermarket is only 5 min away by car. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Note. We accept only couples and families. We do not accept groups below 35. No parties are allowed.

I dette hyggelige sommerhus kan I slappe af i rolige omgivelser. Fjorden og skoven er i gåafstand fra sommerhuset og Hansens isbutik er kun en lille køretur væk. Sommerhuset har et alrum med plads til både børn og voksne. Om sommeren kan I nyde den store lukkede have med alverdens havespil og trampolin. Terassen indbyder til hygge, afslapning, grillmad. I de kolde måneder kan I flyde på sofaen, spille et brætspil og hygge ved brændeovnen.

Cozy cottage with one bedroom and one guest house. 700 meters to the beach. There’s a fireplace for cold days and two terasses and a large private garden for warm days. Both house and guest house is non smoking area. The second bedroom is the guest house which is seperate from the main house. The mainhouse has central heating and a fireplace and is also very cozy and nice in the winter. Electricity usage is not included in the rent.

Velkommen til vores skønne lille oase. Vores træsommerhus på 48km2 rummer ét soveværelse, køkken, stue og et badeværelse. Ved siden af hovedhuset har vi bygget et anneks på 19km2, som vi er vældig glade for. I får adgang til annekset, hvis I booker til mere end 2 personer.
