Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

Apartman Stina is a brend new studio apartment, situated on island Hvar in peaceful small town Sveta Nedelja, 39 km from Hvar. Beach is just in front of the apartment. Has a large parking space in front of the house and has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with pull out couch, where 2 people can stay overnight. There is also a room with two single beds and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom with shower.
