You have come to the right place to find an unforgettable apartment! Our Fresh, Relaxing Studio has a light, fresh and youthful style along with being very comfortable and functional. Decorated with modern and minimalist furniture pieces, this flat is accentuated with flavors of living spaces that are commonly found in Scandinavian countries. And be assured that you will not find a more centrally located flat! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most famous street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. The entire studio is for the guests to use. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The apartment is at the epicenter of Barcelona, just off the beginning of iconic Las Ramblas, which is known for its myriad of activities. Join the crowds who have come to stroll, shop, and dine along the city's most dynamic street. Brew some coffee and settle down on a comfy, mid-century chair and let in the light at this modern, neutral apartment in the center of the city. Get a true taste of tapas down on the street below, then relax with a glass of wine on the balcony. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk. For a seaside view or stroll (15 mins walk) 7. Etc, (You get our point;-)) (*Walking time estimates based on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps) Or if you wished to take a taxi or public transportation (to take you within Barcelona as well as to its surrounding cities such as Girona, Sitges, etc.) both options are also easily available within less than 3 minute walk from the flat. It is also important to note that before we send you the details for checking in, it is obligatory from the local mandate that we receive a foto of your official ID, ie. Passport or National ID for EU citizens, in order to register your visit to the Catalan authority commission*. *Official Notice from the Generalitat de Catalunya It is compulsory for persons staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia to register there. Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. In a quiet area of Sitges, in ground floor, this cosy and spacious loft, ideal for 4 people (suitable for 6), will offer you all the comfort you need for an unforgettable stay in Sitges. Completely renovated, the loft is composed by : - a sleeping area/bedroom with a bathroom - a living area with 2 confortable convertible sofas - a fully-equipped kitchen : fridge, dish washer, microwaves, toaster, coffee machiner... - a second bathroom with shower and toilets - a veranda for a perfect chill out Linen, towels, toilet paper and hair dryer provided. Internet/WIFI From the Barcelona Airport you can take : - the bus "Monbus" from terminal 1 (it takes 30 min from the T1 to Sitges-Avenida Sofia stop) - the train (with a change at Prat el Llobregat station) from the terminal 2. It take more or less 45 min from T2 to Sitges. - The taxi : 60€ more or less Always available to answer to your questions ! The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still. From the Barcelona Airport you can take : - the bus "Monbus" from terminal 1 (it takes 30 min from the T1 to Sitges-Avenida Sofia stop) - the train (with a change at Prat el Llobregat station) from the terminal 2. It take more or less 45 min from T2 to Sitges. - The taxi : 60€ the day and 70€ at night THERE IS NO PRIVATE PARKING. You can find a free parking in the streets, a few blocks from the loft. Free parking is where the ground marquing is white (if it is blue you have to pay). Here are the areas where you can find free parkings (at 10/15 min walking distance) : - Carrer Vitor de Balaguer, 23 (a lot of free places) : at 9 min walking distance - Passeig Vilanova from number 72 (behind the pharmacy) - Avenida Nuestra Senora Del Vinyet, from number 43 Public Parking in Avenida Sofia (but is quite expensive)

The loft is located in the historical fishing village of Premià de Mar, directly connected to Barcelona city center by urban railway and night bus. (27 minutes) . It is just 2 minuts walk from the train station. This 70 m2 air conditioned loft is a open space, heat pump heating systems, and fully equipped, with a double bed and a sofa bed. It is only 3 minutes walk from the nearest beach. If you need us to pick up you in the airport, we can help you with that at any time.

My guests love the peaceful and safe location of my place, along with its spotless cleanliness and beautiful interior design. The apartment has a comfortable queen bed, and the office space above it includes a single bed. With the metro, you can reach the Old Town Center and the beach in just 10 minutes, and the Sagrada Familia is a 20-minute walk away. Guests also enjoy the nearby local market and local restaurants.

Sunny Loft in Barcelona 5' walk to the beach

COVID19 Measures: Reservations are spaced in time, so that no previous guest has occupied the place during the previous 72 hours. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for about 5 hours, about 72 hours prior to any stay. All clothes have been washed at 60% degrees, all surfaces and floors disinfected. Be save !!
