Our family house is situated near the center of Pag, in an oasis of peace and silence. It takes you a few minutes to the beautiful beaches. In our house you can find accommodation in well-arranged apartments with big terraces with beautiful view on the sea and city, with heated pool. You can also enjoy your time in large open space with grill. Spend your holidays in our apartments and enjoy the beaches and the natural beauty of our island Pag. The pool is available from mid-May to early October.

Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Hello.. This is apartment for 5 persons. The apartment is very close to center (around 300 m far away) and bus station for go to party beach Zrće (few minutes walking). Cafe bars, markets and restaurants are very close, 300 m for walking. The sea is close (around 200 m). You have sea view from balcony. You can leave Your car on safely, on our private parking.

Villa Luka was completely renovated in spring 2020 into a luxury 3 apartment villa. Each apartment has an entire floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and private terrass overlooking the mountains. The pool is shared between the 3 apartments and the water is heated to make sure you can enjoy your swim!
