Novo renovirani apartman od 37 metara kvadratnih namijenjen za 2 osobe s dostupnim privatnim parkiralištem, terasom i balkonom. Na raspolaganju je potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dvije kupaonice i spavaća soba te sjedeći dio s TV-om. Ima klima uređaj i podno grijanje.
