This loft apartment is in an old stone building dating from 19th century situated in a quiet historical district surrounded by typical Dalmatian stone homes. The apartment is on the top floor. It has been completely renovated in spring 2018. Separate entry, 2 bedrooms with a double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle,refrigerator, satellite TV,nespresso , air-conditioning, Wi-Fi , bathroom with glass enclosed shower.

It has a large living room, connected to the dining room and a kitchen (with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, an oven and stovetop) . It also has 2 bedrooms, a spacious furnished balcony, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, 1.5 bathrooms that are equipped with a washing machine, shower and a hairdryer. The property provides towels and bed linen. Within the apartment there is free private parking.
