From 14 square meters balcony you can enjoy in sunny view of Kvarner bay, surrounding historical villas, green garden, or have a relaxing evening with your favorite beverage while town lights reflecting from Adriatic sea.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building with 4 apartments, with an area of 73 m2. It consists of: kitchen, living room and dining room, bathroom, 2 rooms, covered terrace, which has a garden of 107 square meters of space for games and entertainment. The apartment also has one parking space in front of the building. It is located in a newly built neighborhood, in a dead-end street, away from crowds and traffic. The distance from the first beaches is about 600 m.

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Luxurious five star, two storey apartment approximately 70m2 situated in a traditional old Mediterranean style house which is located in a small marina. Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

Master bedroom is truly inspiring as it features a glass wall with panoramic sea views.

Villa Stone Queen is a beautiful traditional stone house with over a century of history, carefully renovated to preserve its original charm while combining the spirit of the past with modern comfort. It is located in the picturesque town of Malinska, just 100 meters from the sea and the town center, providing easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Bright and comfortable modern apartment, just 10 meters from the restaurant, few steps away from the beach and with amazing view on the sea and the city, with fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV. It is located in a small and quiet place only 3-4 minutes drive from the center of town Senj. Apartment is situated in the house, at the first floor and has two balconies.

Das Appartement liegt knappe 700 m - oder etwa 10 Geh-Minuten - vom Strand und dem Zentrum entfernt. Es befindet sich im ersten Stock und hat einen separaten Eingang. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, ist modern eingerichtet (TV, Sat, Klima, WLAN, Kaffemaschine, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück oder in der Garage) und mit 4-Sternen kategorisiert.

Well equipped, clean & modern apartment, located just 300m from the beach in quiet neighborhood, with big terrace and all the commodities you need. It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.

Beautiful apartment 70 m2+ terrace ,first line to the sea (on lungo mare), 20 m, near the beach, excellent and very safe place for children, two bedrooms, ground floor , one parking space for free, perfect for cyclists and people with the boat. Below the apartment is small harbor were you can tie the boat.
