This country house is situated in the south east of Mallorca, where you can enjoy the fantastic small beaches from the area and the nature environment. Experience the live in 'Mallorquina' traditional house, it is an old stone house refurbished with modern style. And now you can enjoy with fiber optic broadband as some guest requested for teleworking. Is located near the Felanitx village with small grocery stores, supermarkets and restaurants, where you can find all your needs during the stay.

Die Finca in Son Prohens bietet Erholung pur! Sie ist in sanfte Hügel gebettet mit Blick auf den Berg San Salvador, ein Haus in der Natur, aber auch nicht zu abgeschieden gelegen. Porto Colom und Felanitx sind nah. Zwei Terrassen für gemeinsame Abende und Sonnenuntergänge. Swim-Spa und Sonnendeck im Außenbereich von der Terrasse über eine Treppe zugänglich. Herrliche Strände, wie der Naturstrand Es Trenc, sind schnell erreichbar. Die Finca wurde von THE EAZEY und Ambiente Baleares umgebaut.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Lovingly renovated Majorcan village house with patio and roof terrace in SantanyiThrough the generous living and dining room with open kitchen on the ground floor you enter the patio, which offers relaxation space on 2 levels. In the rear part of the ground floor there is a cozy double bedroom with water bed, a bathroom and a small single bedroom. Upstairs there is another living room with mini-kitchen, a double and a single bedroom plus a bathroom with shower.

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Es un lugar ideal para la gente que ame la naturaleza, los animales y quiera conocer un poco más la tradición y cultura mallorquina.
