This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. New built villa for up to 8 people 150m2 living space, located on the steep hill of Seget with amazing view to the sea and islands in surrounding. About 1,3km away from nice pebble beaches of Medena Resort with a lot of bars, shops, restaurants and water sport offers. The beautiful old town of Trogir is only 4km away and the airport 10km. Villa Petra was finished in June 2021 with 2 levels.
