"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

La casa es de nueva construcción, de estilo mallorquín, realizada integramente con materiales de la isla, en planta baja se encuentra la cocina , el salón comedor, dos dormitorios y un baño. En la primera planta hay una sala de estar , un dormitorio y un baño. Hay dos terrazas en la parte delantera de la casa y otra en el primer piso, ambas disponen de mobiliario de madera. The decoration is cozy and the house very comfortable, has many extras so you do not miss anything. We hope you feel at home and that you enjoy your stay as much as we do.

Need a break from your daily routine? Then come relax and unwind in our little house surrounded by nature. Connect with the tranquility, the birdsong in the morning, and the starry sky at night. In the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built of stone, in a peaceful setting, on the outskirts of Deià. A 15-minute walk from Deià and a 3-minute drive. Hiking trails are close to the house.

Very old typical house , built in stone and natural wood from our fields and forest. First mention about this house is from XIII century, but it modified in 1786, rebuilt in year 1989 and updated again in 2016. PLEASE: Before booking ask me if the dates are really free, thanks. The house is advertised on different sites, so to avoid mistakes the best is to ask me before booking. I respond quickly.
