Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Nice Guest Apartment near the Ocean

A pleasant guest apartment (25 sqm) featuring two rooms and a kitchenette, located near the sea south of Gothenburg. It is ideal for two people but equipped to accommodate four, with a sofa bed and a bunk bed in a separate bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a shower. It is approximately a 10-minute walk to the sea and the nearest bus stop. The bus ride to Gothenburg city takes about 30 minutes and is a direct route with no transfers. Private parking with space for multiple cars is available.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. The house is 10 min walk from Kullavik center, where you find a wellequiped grocery, pizzeria and outside there is a fishwagon with everything from the sea tuesday,wednesday,friday saturday. The bus to Gothenburg(22km) leaves from her every 2-3 Times’ each hour. The sea is within 10 min walk from the house, you can swim, enjoy the seaview with nice sunsets ...Its possible to fish. In sumertime there is a small restaurant in the marina with a magnificient view. 5 min by Car: Thai/Pizza.

I den här havsnära lägenheten i en villa i avskilt läge kan ni njuta av sol och salta bad på er semester. Promenadavstånd på 10 min till en fin vik med badplats och bryggor. Samma avstånd till Kullaviks hamn med bad och restaurang Pir och glasskiosk. Här avnjuts maten med havsutsikt och solnedgången i väster. Optimal för 3 vuxna eller 2 vuxna + 2 barn. Alla bekvämligheter finns; dusch, toalett och kökspentry med kyl,frys, micro och kokplattor. Närhet till mataffär, fiskbil samt busskommunikation in till Göteborg. Lakan och handdukar ingår. Fri parkering

Välkommen till husets charmiga ovanvåning, dit du kommer via en egen ingång. Huset har nyligen genomgått en omfattande renovering i tidstypisk stil. Detta boende ligger i området Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen ligger precis i närheten och på några minuter når du Mariaplan där det finns barer, restauranger och butiker. Det tar 15 minuter med spårvagnen till centrala Göteborg och det finns flera mataffärer bara några kvarter bort.
