It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Barbecue (common) area with another terrace is provided too. Close to the beach, offering private parking spot, fully equipped, nicely furnished.

My place is good for couples with one child, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Bicyclist and motorcyclist can leave their bikes in closed yard. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Nice little apartment in the old town near the center. We are pets friendly. In Punat you have nice long seafront promenade, bike road, shephards paths, etc... There are lots of little retaurants where you can try our traditional food.

Our apartments are located in the central part of the island (it`s 5 min by car from Punat and capital city Krk), on peaceful location with olives and figs all in the area. It has large terrace with the beautiful sea view.
