Charming 125 year old house with beautiful details, big windows and a stunning light. A private garden with terracce and BBQ for lovely summer evenings with good food and come wine. The location is exceptionel with only a 5 min walk to the beach, harbour and playground - and good shopping! The city center of Copenhagen is easily reached either with car (15 min) or train (10 min). Two big bedrooms upstairs (kids rooms); one room with 2 x 120 cm beds that can easily be shared by 4 kids. And one room with a single bed that can be extended to 160 cm. One double bed in the basement. No parking on the premise but free parking in the street in front of the house.

Her er et sted med plads til at være sammen og opleve ægte dansk sommerhusstemning. 1,5 km til stationen, supermarkeder og restauranter.

I hjärtat av gamla Skanör ligger detta unika gårdshus anno 1922, som är skonsamt totalrenoverat år 2022. Gårdshuset är på ca 20 kvm, plus sovloft. Det är 500 m till Ica och 1 km till en milslång fantastisk vitkorning sandstrand med blåflagg, som innefattar flertal restauranger och kallbadhus med bastu. Minimumlängd 3 nätter.
