La villetta si trova in un residence molto tranquillo, immersa nel verde a 400 metri dal mare e a 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Cagliari, dal porto e dall’aeroporto. La zona è ben servita. A pochi passi si trova un centro commerciale, bar, pizzerie e ristoranti e per le giornate di totale relax, si può abbandonare l’auto e raggiungere a piedi la vicina spiaggia di La Maddalena, dotata di tutti i servizi e di bar/ristoranti fronte mare. Le serate estive sono animate da musica ed eventi.

la villa dispone di 8 posti letto (2 camere matrimoniali, 1 camera con letto a castello (2 posti letto) e 1 divano letto matrimoniale; la zona giorno è un open space con cucina arredata con tavolo e sedie e tutti gli elettrodomestici ( frigorifero, forno, 4 fuochi, lavastoviglie) I bagni sono 3 di cui uno ad uso della camera padronale Nel giardino è presente una piscina (dim. metri 10x5 h 1,5/2.00) ad uso esclusivo della villa (la piscina è disponibile dal 1 Aprile al 30 Ottobre).

Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, zona giorno con angolo cottura e ampia terrazza sul mare. Ideale per coppie , amanti della natura e tranquillità. Casa unica per posizione in tutta la costa di Gonnesa. ATTENZIONE: sconsigliata a chi ha problemi di deambulazione per la posizione sul mare alla quale si arriva con un percorso a piedi di 100 metri in salita. IUN P5134
