Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Huset har 2 gode soveværelser, total istandsat badeværelse samt et stort og hyggeligt totalrenoveret køkken/alrum med pejs. Sofa kan endvidere omdannes til 2 sovepladser, såfremt behovet er 6 overnattende. Fra to skønne træterrasser og den store grund kan solen nydes fra tidlig morgen til sen aften.

Sommerhuset med havudsigt ligger 140m fra vandet og har privat stigang direkte ned til stranden med lækker badebro. Huset har en yderst fredelig beliggenhed på 1250 m2 stor skøn naturgrund for enden af en lille blind grusvej. Sommerhuset er på 58m2, lyst indrettet med højloftet stue. Der er både varmeblæser og brændeovn i huset.

Kun 8 minutters gang fra en af Danmarks dejligste badestrande ligger mit nyopførte sommerhus. (Sommer 2020). Der er alt hvad man kan ønske sig med 3 skønne træterrasser, så man har mulighed at følge solen fra tidlig morgen til sen aften, samt udebad, udekøkkenen og endda en shelter hvis man vil tættere på naturen.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
