Die 3 großen Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und durch die Fußbodenheizung ist das Haus ganzjährig bewohnbar bzw. fürs Homeoffice geeignet. Der große Salzwasserpool und die 360° Dachterrasse machen die Urlaubserholung komplett. Santanyí und zahlreiche wunderschöne Buchten sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.

The house offers 3 bedrooms (2 x 1 double bed, 2 x 1 single bed), 2 bathrooms (one inside and one outside), a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a smart flat-screen TV, fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area on an 800 m² plot with a pool and parking space. Outside, there is a beautiful pool with sun loungers and sunshades, an outdoor shower, various seating areas and a large barbecue area. The sea (cliff coast) is only 300 metres away as the crow flies.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
