Questa spiaggia balneabile, degrada nel lago dolcemente risultando ideale per bimbi e per chi vuole assaporare con naturalezza la frescura delle acque del lago. L'ansa è percorsa da una passeggiata che si sviluppa lungo tutto il litorale di Dervio per vari chilometri ed è percorribile sia a piedi che in bicicletta.

We built Casa Clio in 2023 to be the perfect Lake Como vacation home. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 big bathrooms, a dedicated office space, two terraces, a garden, and gym with a sauna in the basement. If you like sunrises, we recommended taking your sunglasses to bed, as it comes right into the master bedroom. (If you like it darker, all the rooms come with electric shutters for total black out). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Lake.

Welcome to our villa near Lake Como, nestled in the charming city of Valbrona, celebrated for biking, climbing, hiking and much more. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
