Just downhill from the patio (with a view) is the Roly Grail mountain bike trail, which is part of the world-renowned Kingdom Trails network. A perfect base camp for your mountain activities.

Imagine stepping out your door, into your bindings and letting gravity do the rest. Our 3 bdrm 3 bath condo which comfortably sleeps 7 will give you this experience. Located on the Dashney Mile trail, skiers and mtn bikers of all abilities have slope side access to the lower base lodge and Kingdom Trails. Whatever you choose to do, you can always end your day with a great meal at some wonderful local restaurants and pubs and of course enjoy a beautiful Vermont sunset over the back deck.

Located ON Burke Mountain (direct access to Burke Mountain skiing/riding and Kingdom Trails)! Completely renovated (2024) 1 bedroom on-mountain condo, on Roly Grail trail. Everything is brand new, including kitchen, floors, bathroom, tiled shower, appliances. This is a small lower level condo. One bedroom with a king bed. Living space has a pull-down queen Murphy bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, range, fridge, washer/dryer, grill, A/C. Suggested 2-3 guests. No pets please.

Our place is a Cozy, Clean, and new condo with lots of privacy and ski in/ ski out convenience. This property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Not a skier? Sit by the fire and enjoy our WiFi and Netflix or a good book.

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.
