THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Huset har en fantastisk utsikt över Ryasjön och erbjuder en unik miljö. Njut av långa kvällar på den stora balkongen med utemöbler och grill, med sjön som kuliss. Bara ett kort avstånd från huset finns badplats, brygga, grillplats, sittplatser och båt att låna.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Crazy House – Unique Tiny Stay Near Lake & Town

Crazy House is a unique 20 sqm tiny house with no right angles, located in the quiet village of Bosnäs near Borås. Designed for two guests, it includes a 160 cm bed, compact kitchen, and bathroom with shower. Enjoy breakfast outside, walk in nature, swim, paddle SUP, or rent a canoe at the nearby lake. Das Haus wurde 2017 renoviert und überzeugt unsere Gäste in der Gestaltung des Innenraumes. Hier fühlen sich allein Reisende, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohl. Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. Mysig stuga vid Öresjö i Sparsör

Mysig stuga med utsikt över Öresjö i naturnära lugnt villaområde. Sovloft med två bäddar samt bäddsoffa med två bäddar. Braskamin för mysiga brasor finns, och ved ingår. Köket har induktionshäll, ugn, kyl och frys, micro och kaffebryggare. Helkaklat badrum med toalett och dusch samt tvättmaskin. Stugan är ca 30 kvm och ligger på ca 1 km avstånd till allmän badplats, ett par minuters promenad från sjön och med 20 minuters promenad till naturreservatet Kröklings hage och Mölarps kvarn.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Hallagärde Dammkärr is a historic lakeside cottage from 1750 with a private dock, child-friendly beach, and beautiful natural surroundings. Swim, fish, paddle, or simply relax. Free-range hens roam the property and, if you’re lucky, fresh eggs may be waiting for breakfast. Borås is only a 10-minute drive away.

Anrik gård med ert hus daterat till år 1606, varsamt renoverat till modern standard. Här bor ni mitt i Kvissle naturreservat. Vistelsen här beskrivs av gäster som fantastisk, vacker och rogivande. Ni bor nära naturen med möjlighet att både sola på den privata verandan, simma i sjön, låna båtarna för en fisketur eller hyra kajaker. Det finns även flera sociala djur som älskar uppmärksamhet!
