Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

"Lillhuset" har 2 sängar (1 sovrum och 1 loft) . Vi bäddar skönt till er och handdukar finns. Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Sjönära landsbygdsdröm

Welcome to this newly built villa at the Swedish countryside. The house was finished in May 2023 and is fully equipped. Outdoor seating area, BBQ, AC, washing machines, Wifi and TV. Access to the lake for swimming is just a short walking distance away. Sauna can be accessed upon request, it is located on the host’s private property and is payed cash. Charmig gäststuga vid sjö och nära staden Alingsås

Härlig gäststuga helt nyrenoverad 2026 (ca 30 m2) med 150m till bad/fiske sjö. Gångavstånd (1.6 km) till stad och järnvägsstation som bl a tar dig till Göteborg på ca 35 minuter. Här bor två personer bekvämt i en dubbelsäng (160) och vid behov finns bäddsoffa (150) om man föredrar separat sovplats. WI-FI finns och TV med Chromecast om ni vill använda era egna play tjänster. Välkomna till panoramautsikt över sjön Stora Färgen och ett mycket fint boende för barnfamiljen som vill ha lugn och ro, närhet till bad och perfekt utgångsläge till storstadslivet i Göteborg. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Huset ligger upphöjt på en kulle med bästa utsikten över sjön. Intill finns en grillkåta man kan boka på plats. Boendet delar stor tomt med husägarna där man delar på badstranden och allt de har att erbjuda.

The train station is a 5 min walk away and the trains take you to Alingsås in 10 min and Gothenburg in 20 min. There’s a rocky beach and a sandy beach close by. Lots of forest and meadows to stroll around. Perfect for a group of friends or family.

Historic guest house (built 1836) on a small peninsula by Lake Anten. Private entrance, parking and clearly defined outdoor areas. Peaceful countryside setting, 20 minutes from Alingsås. Public beach with sandy shore 150 m away. Our family lives in the main house on the estate, located separately. Limited traffic on nearby country road. Ideal for those seeking privacy, nature and space.
