Walk to the marina to rent a boat or paddleboard. Hop on your bike and hit the path that goes past your front door. Go down to the water's edge and throw out a line to catch your fish dinner. Great location at Snowflake Trailhead & Ski Lift - take a hot shower or relax in the hot tub after a full day of skiing/hiking the slopes of Breckenridge. A 5 minute walk from Main St. shops, restaurants! Spa/Charter Sports/Ticket Office next door! Our home is professionally cleaned & disinfected, following the CDC COVID-19 disinfecting guidelines. Face Masks are mandatory in town & common areas in our building. If social distancing inside our 475 sq ft home, max capacity is 2 guests.

Studio Apartment with Kitchen STR-115

This is a small studio space with everything you need! Attached to the main house but completely private, you have a fully stocked kitchen and private bath and entrance. A comfy queen bed and memory foam loveseat futon round out the accommodations. Two small children will fit on the futon, but four full-size people would require you to utilize a twin air mattress we can provide. If you are looking for affordable and comfortable in BV, this is the spot for you! Basic but cozy and clean!
