City tax is: €3,30 p.p. De hoekwoning bestaat uit 3 etages. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen onder ons woonhuis, de gasten hebben hun eigen opgang en een tuin met een schuur, en nog een gezellig zitje. Voor alle duidelijkheid : we slechts beschikken over een woonruimte van 40 m2, inclusief slaapruimte, woonruimte en open keuken en badkamer met een schuifdeur. Wij hebben 1 slaapkamer ,standaard vanaf 2 personen, Er is een opklapbaar bed voor een derde persoon (200 cm×90 cm). Bedankt.

Deze centraal gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht. Ons heerlijke knusse huisje ligt vlakbij strand, zee en de duinen.. letterlijk de straat uitlopen en je staat op de boulevard van Katwijk.. wie wil dat nou niet.. De fietsenmaker zit hier vlakbij, 1 minuut lopen. Hier kan je fietsen huren om er een leuk dagje op uit te gaan. Vlakbij het centrum, waar je lekker kan winkelen, een hapje kan eten en drinken.. Mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Geheel op jezelf. Aan de achterkant een ruime tuinkamer met open haard en daarnaast een eigen tuin. De tuinkamer kun je verwarmen met de openhaard . In de winter kan het te koud zijn om er te zitten alleen met de openhaard. Badkamer heeft een 2-persoons bad en een dubbele douche. In de badkamer is ook een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Heerlijk appartement om geheel op jezelf te verblijven en te genieten van de rust!
