Brand new double lofted Tiny Home on wheels located upon a private country hillside. Overlooking the hills of Keuka Lake, guests can enjoy radiant sunrises, knowing they are just minutes from the local wine trail/ breweries, Crispin Hill Wedding Venue, Apple/ Grape picking, the list goes on! While enjoying a cup of coffee, guests can take in a quiet and tranquil morning, all while being just a half mile from the Village of Penn Yan. Whitetail Retreat

Relaxation comes natural at our unique tiny house situated on a Whitetail deer farm overlooking the pond. We supply fishing poles, firewood, and deer cookies to hand feed the friendly deer. Weather is unpredictable, but we have two decks, one of which is covered with a barbecue grill to keep you dry and still enjoy nature. The loft bedroom is not for everyone, as you must climb a ladder. Also, the house is elevated so you must also be able to do stairs. We are not handicap accessible .

Fully furnished kitchen, deck with patio furniture & propane gas grill. Fire pit with adirondack chairs. Enjoy the symphony of the night time under the stars with s'mores. Great location to the wineries, breweries & restaurants. 3 minutes to Keuka Lake State Park. Almost everything we have is made in the USA.

Unique, renovated country cottage

A quiet very relaxing private home out in the Finger Lakes region. High speed internet & roku tv provided. Gas fireplace, airconditioning. Open loft bedroom with great star gazing while laying in bed. There are multiple wineries and breweries that are just a short drive. Penn Yan, Hammonsport & the town of Naples just a short drive. Kueka Lake State Park 5 miles away. Note: Sorry this cottage is not suitable for small children, due to the loft cable style railings.

Penn Yan/Keuka Lake/Wine Trail, Outlet Trail Cabin

2016 Cabin borders the Keuka Lake Outlet/Trail. The Keuka Lake Outlet is the waterway that runs from Keuka Lake to Seneca Lake. The Outlet trail is a 6+ mile walking/biking trail with great views, waterfalls, etc. Cabin has heat/A.C, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, USB charging outlets for cell phones. Outdoor cook grill and fire pits for campfires. If more sleeping capacity is needed let us know ahead and we can park our camper there for you (added fee)

Glamping A-Frame Finger lakes

Relax at this peaceful primitive campsite. Right on the Finger lakes wine trail and a view of Seneca Lake from the hill. Have a cozy campfire or heat up inside by the warm wood stove! THIS IS A OFF GRID PRIMITIVE CAMPSITE. NO RUNNING WATER. (Detached outhouse) NO ELECTRIC. NO AMENITIES. Contained A-frame shelter with queen-size loft mattress. Bring your own bedding, camping supplies, and cooking materials for campfire or wood stove.

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on the property, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Please note: a local occupancy tax of 4% is already included in the price you pay.

Shalestone Landing (Lakeside Tiny House)

As the name suggests, Shalestone Landing sits nestled in at the bottom of our home vineyard, atop layers and layers of hidden shale.....perfect for growing grapes! This quaint and comfortable tiny house is located on the west side of Keuka Lake offering lakeside views of gorgeous Keuka Lake. Shalestone Landing is perfect for a couple or small family (up to 4) looking to get away!
