Blenny Park Guesthouse

Blenny Park Guesthouse is a modern, self-contained apartment on a private property opposite 100 acres of beautiful, untouched natural bushland. The Guesthouse has a private entry, one-way tinted windows and dedicated parking area. Guests can enjoy the outdoor area, including BBQ and fire-pit (in winter). A quiet and secluded local beach, and a park with a playground and gas BBQs are just a 600m walk down the road. Blenny Park Guesthouse is an ideal base for exploring local attractions.

Set in the beautiful Swan Valley in Perth, our accommodation offers guests a unique and relaxing experience to be remembered. Downstairs apartment to yourself. Hosts live in upstairs apartment. With a beautiful relaxing pool and large outdoor area you can enjoy the holiday lifestyle. There is plenty of space to hang out and for children to play including a large cubby. NOTE! The kitchen is a large OUTDOOR kitchen. Equipped with a bar fridge, bbq, grill top and sink. No freezer or oven. Guests have the entire downstairs area of the house. There are no shared spaces. Guests have their own separate access.

Perfect for an extended weekend or week away we welcome you to our fully self-contained, one-bedroom cottage, located in sentimental 'old' Quinns Rocks. Private access through the cottage gate in front of your own parking bay. Sink into the sofa, enjoy breakfast in the nook under the dappled light of the stained glass window, wine around the fire pit, and coffee on the verandah. A base to re-energise or re-vitalise your wanderlust.
