Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

We have renovated and expanded this house, which my great-aunt built in the 1960s, over the past two years to live here and continue to give guests the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful place. Diese schöne Landhausstil Villa liegt nur 5 Autominuten nach Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. Viele Kärntner Sehenswürdigkeiten, Berge und Seen sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer absoluten Ruhelage direkt am Wald und eignet sich hervorragend zum relaxen und erholen. Ab Mitte September kommt noch ein 4 Schlafzimmer dazu, dann können bis zu 9 Personen in diesem Haus nächtigen.

Wohnen am Bach

In einer beschaulichen, kleinen Ortschaft am Fuße der Karawanken liegt die „Ferienwohnung am Bach“. Begrenzt von weitläufigen Obstgärten und einem kleinen rauschenden Bächlein lädt die neu renovierte Ferienwohnung zu erholsamen Momenten in ruhiger Umgebung. Neben der Feuerstelle/Grillplatz weiden die drei Eselinnen Leni, Alpina und Tamara. Ein paar Hühner und Katzen sind auch immer unterwegs.
