It is RURAL, the pubs have varied opening hours, we get country insects. WiFi 🛜 access & phone signal varies. TV free-view not Smart, 2 vehicles parking. No shop local. Long life milk in case you forget supplies. The nearest shop or takeaway is 5 miles. Tesco Waitrose deliver. I do my best to point all of this out.

Woodbridge is well-serviced with at least a dozen pubs, plenty of shops, designer boutiques, and restaurants - as close as 2 minutes away. The river Deben and the rail/bus stations are 5-8 minutes walk away, making a car-less trip a real possibility. This is a perfect self-catering retreat offering peace and tranquility.

There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.
