Holiday flats on the Arlberg. On a south-facing slope, close to the centre of Warth (6 min. walk). Inns, alpine dairy & supermarket are within easy reach. Also the station of the ski lift "Dorfbahn". A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle und Fahrradverleih in direkter Nachbarschaft sowie der Tiefgaragenstellplatz (nur kleine Autos, s. 'Zugang für Gäste') vereinfachen den Aufenthalt.

Sympathie und Farbenfreude verströmt das 100 m2 große Design-Appartement Seebachsee. Hunde nur gegen eine Gebühr € 25.- pro Tag und Tier erlaubt. Das Appartement eignet sich hervorragend für 1 - 8 Personen und bietet im Sommer wie Winter auf der möblierten Terrasse einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Seebachsee und die atemberaubende Bergwelt der Lechtaler Alpen. Ein weiteres Highlight stellt die Entfernung zur Dorfbahn und somit zur Skipiste dar. Diese beträgt nämlich nur 190 m.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Geniesse deine Auszeit in dieser schönen und gemütlichen Wohnung mit Traumblick auf den Grünten und die Allgäuer Berge. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mitten im Oberallgäu, mit vielen Skigebieten, Langlaufloipen, Wanderwegen, Badeseen, Rennradstrecken und Mountainbiketrails vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung hat eine Fussbodenheizung, schnelles WLAN, ein Schlafsofa, ist geräumig mit topmoderner Ausstattung und Parkplatz. Auf Wunsch auch Brezel- und Semmellieferung.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.
