Complete privacy in the Guesthouse separate from the main house. The driveway splits in two and there is plenty of parking space. The sea is located a few minutes walk away at the end of the street! As is the popular kite-surfing destination "The Pond". Our older style home is located in the coastal suburb of Safety Bay (Rockingham) and is furnished with comfort in mind. There is a fenced back yard with grass and gardens for adults, kids and dogs to enjoy. Penguin Island, dolphin tours and fantastic beaches, restaurants and cafe are on your doorstep!

Sunset Beach Cove

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Short 2-3 minute stroll to the beautiful Warnbro Sound Beach with unending dune pathways, for walking and cycling. Stunning sunsets on the beach. Short drive to Rockingham foreshore and local shopping mall. Walkable local tavern and fish & chips. Local hireable SUPing, kayak, JetSki and dolphin tours and skydiving landing on the beach.

Palm Retreat

A renovated self-contained guest suite for singles, couples or small families. Only 900 metres walk or 2 min drive to the beautiful, peaceful Warnbro beach. Guests can share use of our 60,000-litre palm-fringed pool and outside dining area. Suite has a private entrance and comprises of living room, dining room/kitchenette, bedroom with queen-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom.
