Casa recuperada ( antiga adega), integrada numa quinta com 5.000 m2, com grande variedade de citrinos e outras culturas. Óptimo jardim, com vista para o mar e para a serra. Possui uma área social muito espaçosa, ideal para famílias e grupos de amigos, onde existe uma mesa de snooker. Muito próxima de várias praias e do centro de Vila Franca do Campo. Existem vários trilhos a começar nas proximidades da casa. Situada na costa sul da ilha de São Miguel, com fácil acessibilidade a Ponta Delgada.

As Casas da Chaminé são recuperação de uma casa tradicional antiga. Foram cuidadosamente criadas de forma a promover uma vivência em contexto rural em casa típica, num ambiente moderno e confortável. Constituída por três casas independentes, dispõe ainda de um amplo jardim com piscina, uma pequena horta e pomar e um alpendre com churrasqueia (partilhados por todos hospedes). Our house is cozy and was recently renovated. We put a lot of work and love into this house and are happy to share it with our family and friends. The house is nicknamed the love shack for it's appeal and charm. It is good for couples, family of four or solo adventurers, We hope you enjoy this gem as much as we do.

Casa Bela Vista is a happy, colorful family house. A place to rest your soul. Can accommodate 2-4 people and a baby or toddler, as we offer a travel cot if needed. It is a spacious house, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, and a living room. Has a terrace with a panoramic view of the sea (south) and mountains. It is often possible to see by naked eye, groups of dolphins pass the sea of the Amora bay, a nearby beach where you can walk from home and enjoy!

Sea Roots "Sea Zone" is located in Mosteiros, a favourite for holidays amongst the island residents for its great weather, rock pools, fishing, diving and the amazing sunsets, which can only be contemplated from the western tip. It comfortably suits up to 4 people and is part of a property where we also live. Just cross the road for a swim in crystal clear pools, and enjoy the most amazing sunsets while dining outside, this house is perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Casa das Taipas is a 2-bedroom house in the heart of Vila Franca, right in front of the sea with an outsanding view to the Atlantlic Ocean and Ilhéu, a volcanic islet known among the villagers as the Princess Ring. Casa do Lagar is an entire house inside our farm. It has one double bedroom and two single beds on the mezzanine above the living room. A car is required.
