Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.

Bungalow mit Traumaussicht LOMA BUENA VISTA

Am Sonnenhang gelegenes Ferienhäuschen mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Nach einem kurzen aber etwas steilen Fussweg bis zum Bungalow kann man auf einer gemütlichen Terrasse die Sicht auf den Alpstein mit unserem Hausberg, dem Säntis, geniessen. Es gibt viele Spazier- und Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Bitte beachten: Vom Parkplatz aus geht es ungefähr 100m zu Fuss relativ steil den Hügel hoch zum schön gelegenen Bungalow am Waldrand.

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

Zentral gelegene 3.5-Zimmerwohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Post sind nur Vis-a-Vis der Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer sowie ein Wohnraum. Im Wohnzimmer sind auch zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Ein Zimmer hat ein Kajüttenbett, aus diesem Grund sind nur fünf Betten angegeben. Die Wohnung hat aber sechs Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist geräumig.

Privater, offener Außenkamin für romantische Abende. Wandern vom Haus aus, Klettergebiete in Laufweite, Seen, Tauchgebiet, Golf, etc. in ca. 15 Min., Skigebiete in ca 25 Min. mit dem Auto. Malix gehört zur Gemeinde Churwalden. Die Region ist als Ski, Fahrrad, Wander-Region sehr bekannt. Auch sonst bietet die Region alles erdenkliche an Sport und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Hauptstadt von Graubünden ist Chur, diese Stadt hat auch kulturell sehr viel zu bieten.
