Deze unieke en sfeervolle 120m2 accommodatie valt ongetwijfeld in de smaak. Zeer ruime woonkamer met 8 persoons bank en groot aangrenzend balkon waar heerlijk ongestoord de zon onder gaat. Grote leefkeuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Vanuit huis loop je zo via de Vecht, die overgaat in de Oudegracht, het centrum van Utrecht in. Parkeren is gratis aan de even kant van de weg, en verder de stad uit. Het is niet toegestaan feesten te houden. Ik houd mijn buren graag te vriend.
